STUDENT PERFORMANCES
New Berlin West High school offers a number of opportunities for their students to take the stage and find their place to shine. The West Community Youth Theater and New Berlin West Players both hold performances throughout the year. Support these talented youths by coming out and watching performances hosted at the West PAC.
New Berlin West Players
New Berlin West Players provides opportunities for students to engage in all aspects of theater. The program presents three shows each school year: a play for grades 9-12 only, a musical for grades 7-12, and a play for grades 7-8 only. Students may participate as actors, technicians, and/or musicians as they collaborate to create memorable productions.

West Community Youth Theater
West Community Youth Theatre Workshop provides musical and technical theatre training through hands-on instruction and the full production of a musical theatre performance. Actors learn acting techniques, improvisation, design, character development, auditioning and set construction. Crew members learn set design and construction, along with sound and light techniques and stage crew skills. The four-week workshop is open to students entering fifth grade through recent high school graduates.

West Community Theatre Summer Youth (Grades 4 - 12) Theatre Workshop featuring The Lion King Jr.
Dates: July 7 - July 31, 2025 Monday - Friday 1 - 5pm
Performance Date: August 1st , 2025 8am - 12pm for 10am curtain and 5pm - 9pm for 7:00 pm curtain. Participant is expected to attend both.
All classes, rehearsals and performances will occur at the New Berlin West Performing Arts Center.
